Public confidence in FBI and Congress tops Democrats pursuing Trump

Congress should now be conducting its own investigation into the FBI’s exoneration of Hillary Clinton if it wishes to restore public confidence in the FBI and Congress itself The Democrat majority-ruled Congress has regrettably chosen to initiate further investigations aimed at politically discrediting President Trump in the wake of the Mueller Report at the expense of using Congress’s considerable coercive and investigatory powers to restore the loss of public confidence in the FBI. The reason is patently obvious: the Democrats wish to avoid re-opening the FBI investigation clearing Hillary Clinton of any criminal offences arising from the unauthorised use of her private server to house classified information. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in his  memorandum  to the Attorney General dated 9 May 2017 headed “Restoring public confidence in the FBI” -  had recommended the dismissal of FBI Director -  James Comey: “The Federal Bureau of Investigation has...

Nadler and Schiff lead Democrats into political oblivion

Nadler and Schiff are leading the Democrats into political oblivion The Democratic Party has signed its own political death certificate for the 2020 elections in responding as it has to the release of the $30 million Mueller Report covering a two year investigation  into: “any links and/ or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump” Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein invested Robert Muller with the following  power : “If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters” Mueller and his high-powered  legal team  indicted, convicted or obtained guilty pleas from 34 people and three companies, including top advisers to President Trump, Russian spies and hackers with ties to the Kremlin. FISC abuse could top Watergate as USA's worst political scandal

Those Deputy Attorney Generals in the Obama administration who signed the four FISC applications could well find themselves derailed by Barr's investigation. Attorney General William Barr’s  announcement  that he would be investigating alleged spying on the Trump 2016 election campaign has shocked the conflicted anti-Trump mainstream media and an increasingly beleaguered Democratic Party. The mainstream media has known of the spying allegation for years—but did nothing to investigate it—Fox News excepted—and continues to be in a state of total denial of what could prove to be America’s worst political scandal. Barr will be investigating whether America’s top secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) was improperly used in October 2016 and January, April and June 2017 to obtain  warrants  to surveil an American citizen—Carter Page—a former member of the Trump election campaign team—thereby lawfully gaining access to all communications forwarded and ...
