FBI and DOJ must come clean on Hillary Clinton and Carter Page

Transparency  and  bipartisanship  must equally apply to the release of the Mueller, Clinton and Page investigations--and the possible leaking of Republican Party campaign material to the Democrats obtained during the Page surveillance Transparency, bipartisanship  and  redaction  are set to become the new buzzwords in American politics as the Congress in a rare moment of bipartisanship - by a vote of  420 to 11  on 14 March—called on the Mueller investigation report into Trump-Russia collusion to be released to both the public and the Congress. This welcome call for transparency should now be extended by bipartisan resolutions in Congress to procure the release to the public and Congress of all FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) reports and decisions not to prosecute: Hillary Clinton: for alleged breaches of 18 U.S. Code §?793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information in relation to classified information - found on her priv...

Failure to prosecute Hillary Clinton will be 2020 election issue

Justice must not only be done – it must be seen to be done The failure of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the Department of Justice to prosecute former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for alleged breaches of  18 U.S. Code § 793. Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information  (the Code) is an issue that will come to the fore in the 2020 elections. Clinton’s escape from prosecution during the height of the 2016 election campaign has gained a new head of steam following release of the transcript of evidence given to the Committee on the Judiciary, US House of Representatives, in July 2018, by former senior FBI Lawyer  Lisa Page . A meticulous investigation undertaken by the FBI into 30000 emails provided by Hillary Clinton to the State Department in 2014 from her private server  disclosed  that 110 emails in 52 email chains were determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Democrats go fishing whilst their Trump hatred destroys them

This is the Democrats manufactured crisis which they will own and which will haunt them till the 2020 elections The Democrats seem hell bent on their own destruction as the Democrat-dominated US House Committee on The Judiciary (Judiciary Committee) sets out on a fishing expedition casting its nets far and wide among  81 people and organisations  seeking evidence to destroy President Trump. The Judiciary Committee has brazenly breached the privacy of its targets by  publishing  letters and documents being sought from each of them. Each letter pompously and misleadingly declares: “This is a critical time for our nation. President Trump and his administration face wide-ranging allegations of misconduct that strike at the heart of our constitutional order. Congress has a constitutional duty to serve as a check and balance against any such excesses. We have an obligation to investigate evidence of abuses of executive power, public corruption, and acts of obstructi...

Trump puts socialism on trial for 2020 elections

It promises to be a Battle Royale President Trump has given notice that the lurch to socialism by the Democrats will be a key issue on which the Republicans will contest the 2020 elections. Trump flagged his intentions during his State of the Union  address  on February 5 - when addressing the deteriorating situation in Venezuela: “We stand with the Venezuelan people in their noble quest for freedom—and we condemn the brutality of the Maduro regime, whose socialist policies have turned that nation from being the wealthiest in South America into a state of abject poverty and despair. Here, in the United States, we are alarmed by new calls to adopt socialism in our country. America was founded on liberty and independence—not government coercion, domination, and control. We are born free, and we will stay free. Tonight, we renew our resolve that America will never be a socialist country.” The Democrats’ enthusiastic embrace of a  Resolution  introduced on 7 Febru...
